Probably shouldn't have had near 1:1 redemption just so you could gobble up liquidity then lock it in for the first 3.5 years of your product. If theres too much liquidity price goes down and price go up when there not enough liquidity. Hedging going "delta neutral" theres a lot of implementation in stock you buy a put option to collar your assets in abrupt downward price movements like an insurance. Here i do it manually when we see a point of good exit we loan borrow the coins and sell it immediately to usdc lets say 1k coins at 1 dollar when the price go down to .04 you can buy back the coins at 40 dollars and you earn a profit of 960 usdc. When the price goes up it will not affect you since you have coins to cover pay for the loan and you earn some profit if your coin is "in the money"

Actually I just realized soemthing. USD0++ doesn't need to peg to $1 does it? USD0 is the stablecoin while USD0++ is a yield bearing bond. I think USD0++ should be framed as a bond instead of a stable because bonds have no expectation of stability, they only need to be fully redeemable at the end of the term. Trying to create a stable bond seems impossible because of the devaluation for early redemption.
In reality Usual protocol is doing just fine if USD0++ (a bond) isn't pegged to $1, only USD0 needs to be pegged. I hope journalist don't cause panic given the "USD" name might be misleading.esco
