You can't really have both, and users don't necessarily want that. - It's guaranteed by the protocol at the TGE to ensure a smooth launch. In the future, USD0++ could see the market pricing it like a treasury bill : the closer to maturity, the closer to 1$. But that's basically an easy arbitrage since the underlying collateral doesn't change (others mechanisms that I can't share are also at stake). - Indeed, it's quite new ! There's no legal concern at the moment, and the firm is localized in Europe, compliant with the MiCa regulations. Note : my answers are subject to change until all of the documentation is made public. Also, I could've been more precise on some stuff (especially the first question), but again, not public yet.

Technically you're indeed locking your USD0 into a 4-year bond version of it, but there is secondary market for it, so you can swap back to USD0 anytime at minimum slippage
