Two things: 1- If routed through secondary market, you're basically swapping, not unstaking, so there's no unstaking fee when doing USUALx -> USUAL. 2- But then, the secondary market will/could eventually price that unstaking fee anyway since for arbitrage, they need to unstake at a moment or another, effectively having to pay the fee. That's probably why you're getting less USUAL than what you originally deposited: there's a 10% unstaking fee, and even the secondary market could price it.
